Today, we support investors, landlords, occupiers, developers and public sector organisations with building surveying and property consultancy services that combine technical expertise with commercial understanding.

Mark Vallely
Director
Mark is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years of experience working across the UK within commercial multi-disciplinary consultancies. He has worked across the UK, notably in London, Edinburgh and most recently Bristol for JLL.
He has a depth of experience in advising and protecting the interests of occupiers and investors, working with private, public and institutional funds. His expertise lies in providing proactive and commercially astute advice to help protect client interests and assets.
This has ranged from delivering multi-million pound projects through disciplined project management to securing dilapidations settlements through rigorous negotiations.
Mark prides himself on his attention to detail and broad range of experience, enabling him to deliver practical, high-quality building surveying advice tailored to the needs of each client and project.
